• We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the EU. For orders under $100, a flat shipping rate of $10 will be applied.

1. Vacuum the carpet regularly, taking special care to avoid snagging or pulling the loops or fringes.

2. Rotate the carpet every 6-12 months to even out wear and fading.

3. Spot clean spills immediately with a damp cloth or sponge, avoiding any harsh chemicals

.4. To avoid fading, minimize exposure to direct sunlight.

5. Professionally deep clean your carpet at least every three years .

6. If you notice any loose thread, contact a professional carpet cleaner to repair the damage.
